FRUIT!!!!!!! 

-Strawberrys=Nutrient-rich and packed with antioxidants (like vitamin C)

 

-Watermellon=Watermelons are mostly water — about 92 percent levels of vitamins A, B6 and C

 

-Cantoupe=cantaloupe decreases the risk of obesity, overall mortality, diabetes and heart disease source of vitamin A

 

-Blueberries=Warding off heart disease. The blueberry'sfiber, potassium, folate, vitamin C, vitamin B6
